Center for Student Innovation

A central hub for innovation at IUPUI.

The IUPUI Center for Student Innovation is a part of the Institute for Engaged Learning. The cneter was founded by Dr. Christian Rogers along with the support of Ms. Heather Bowman, Dr. Jerry Schnepp and many others who sought to develop a centralized hub for innovation activities taking place across the campus.

The center received initial funding through an Elevate Venture Nexus Grant and additional funding by Elevate Ventures and the Institute for Engaged Learning. Currently, the center oversees the Jag Challenge innovation sprint for incoming students to the university as well as the minor in student innovation and JagStart, the universities annual pitch competition.
